Our septic tank pumping service includes removing accumulated sludge, scum and excess liquids from your septic tank that prevent blockages, system failures, and overflows.
If your system also has filters, they are also cleaned during a tank pumping.
Prices start at 70 cents per gallon. Additional charges for labor to locate or uncover tanks, trash disposal, mileage rates off the peninsula, and or commercial rates may apply.
Most tanks have a recommended pumping frequency of 3-5 years.
Our RV tank pumping service is priced by the standard-sized single RV tank, up to 50 gallons each. Our driver will attach the hoses from our truck to the RV ‘s dump valves and remove the accessible waste under vacuum from the exterior of the RV only.
Standard pricing per tank before tax starts at $65. Off-peninsula (past Bear River Bridge or McGowan Tunnel) rates start at $75. Extra large tanks are assessed based on size.
Our technicians will not service an RV if there is no safe access to the RV itself, if it is likely that the act of pumping the RV’s tank will cause damage, or if there is no direct access to the dump valves to connect directly to as the vacuum will crush any flexible drainage hoses.
A signed Service Contract and payment or payment on file required prior to service.
Portable Toilet Rentals at a reduced price for a three-month minimum rental period. Billing starts at the day the toilet is delivered and is billed one month in advance.

Customers who have a toilet picked up prior to the three-month minimum are still required to pay the full three months, or have a conversion to short-term rental rate, delivery fee, and each pumped service charged individually.
We offer a weekend rental for up to 7 days. Servicing is not included.

Customers with their own portable toilets can choose from a variety of pumping frequencies to meet their needs.
Some basic repairs can be performed on toilets that match our own (Satellite Industries Tufway) and are priced per item and labor required.

A service call for septic tanks includes a check of the system to gauge whether it needs to be pumped, have the filter(s) cleaned, and/or needs a different field of professional to assist the customer.
Service calls for septic tanks start at $100 plus tax, mileage applies for off-peninsula
A service call for an RV pumping is a separate service from an RV pumping. With written consent from the RV owner, our technician enters the RV and will attempt to pump the tank from the toilet in conjunction with, or instead of, the dump valve. This is only an option on RVs with straight-pipe plumbing, not residential plumbing.
